Applying for Membership
Remember that this is all done by volunteers and your help is appreciated.
However, a printed form is still required for your signature and to send in your payment. If you do not have a printer, please contact the office or use the form in your U3A brochure.
Applying is a 3 Step Process
- Select your choice of classes from the Programme menu, note the class names.
- Fill in your name, contact details and classes on the following page. This helps us by recording your application in our database so that we do not have to re-enter it later when we receive your signed form and payment.
- Send it to the office, remember to enclose a Stamped Address Envelope so we can return your application with your classes to attend. And your £48.00 (£16 for Summer Term only) membership fee paid via cheque (made payable to Bournemouth U3A) or online bank payment (Acc No: 83283216 Sort Code: 20-11-39 Ref: Your Name).
By ticking the Gift Aid box, I confirm that I am a UK tax payer and would like Bournemouth U3A to treat all membership subscriptions I make from the date of this declaration until I notify Bournemouth U3A otherwise as Gift Aid donations. I confirm that I have paid sufficient tax to cover the amount that Bournemouth U3A will claim back, and I consent to this confirmation being relayed to HMRC. Please complete even if you have done so in the past.
