Find out how cryptic crosswords work and try your hand at solving on this two hour Zoom session. You will need a laptop or iPad/tablet.
The session is intended to help you improve your intuition and open your heart with simple exercises and chants. It is light hearted and fun. Bring a bottle of water.
Method: A conversational approach designed for theorising everyday experience, but not a chat shop about wellbeing. Content: Significant psychological concepts but excluding psychopathology.
